If we consider a fault current equal or below the rated current, please then refer to the electrical endurance performance of the product standard IEC62606.
The power factor shall be between 0,85 and 0,9.
The test procedure (paragraph 9.10.2) explains that the product is tested for 1000 operating cycles by tripping the AFDD.
So the AFDD can be used 1000 times after have been tripped following a fault below or equal the rated current (power factor between 0,85 and 0,9).
