What is the part number for the flush cover on 10`` & 18`` wide, 5 ` long wall duct?

Replacement flush cover on 10" and 18" wide, 5' long wall duct

Resolution:
RWT10SCOV and RWT18SCOV. Two covers are required for each 5` length.  The covers come in 30" lengths. Installer can cut to size.
