Resolution:
Yes, the HPAFK attachment meets OSHA requirements. The safety information provided on the instruction bulletin will state: DANGER - HAZARD OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, EXPLOSION, OR ARC FLASH. The instruction bulletin will also state: Apply appropriate personal equipment (PPE) and follow safe electrical work practices. See NFPA 70E.
