If an HCRU panel interior is fed through a back fed main breaker does that leave the main lugs free for use as subfeed lugs?

HCRU panel interior fed through a back fed main breaker. Main Lugs are free to be used as Sub-Feed Lugs

Resolution:
No. The HCR-U interior is not available with main lugs mounted at the end of the bus stack. A branch mounted SL kit must be used.
