Yes, because the QOB3150VH mounts in a branch location, requires 6 vertical pole spaces, and only 20A max breakers can be mounted across from it due to the rating of the branch connector.
Larger breakers must be installed as sub-feed breakers and are available in NQOD panels as factory assembled only. NQOD panelboards are no longer available, the interior retrofit or complete replacement to NQ is recommended.
