Can a single EZM branch device contain both three phase and single phase meter sockets?

Resolution:
A single EZM branch device CANNOT contain both single phase and three phase meter sockets. Also, an EZM line-up that is single phase incoming and outgoing CANNOT contain three phase branch units. BUT an EZM line-up that is three phase incoming can contain both three phase outgoing and single phase outgoing meter sockets, but the appropriate EZM branch devices are required.
