Resolution:
An auxiliary switch for field installation is not available. A factory installed auxiliary switch can be provided with suffix 1212 for 1a/1b or suffix 1352 for 2a/2b.

NOTE: The enclosed molded case switch could be replaced with one that includes the aux switch.
