Cause:
Lugs require nuts and bolts to attach them to the Transformer terminals
Resolution:
The components of the kit (including the hardware) are not available on an individual basis from SquareD/Schneider Electric. Refer to Digest 178 Page 14-9 Transformer Lug Kits table. This table lists the quantity and size of hardware supplied, which can be obtained at any local supply store.
