What is the difference in how the watt-hour meter installs into the socket of the EZMK vs EZML branch devices?

Issue:
Product Design features

Product Line:
EZM metering equipment

Resolution:
The EZMK devices use a meter socket that is called a K-base socket. This means that the watt-hour meter BOLTS into place.
The EZML devices use a meter socket that is called an S-base socket. This means that the watt-hour meter PLUGS into jaws of the socket.

NOTE: It is ALWAYS IMPORTANT to check with the local electric utility company for approval, BEFORE obtaining and installing metering equipment.
