Cause:
Certain applications require an isolated ground bar in circuit breaker panelboards.
Resolution:
For the larger I-Line panels, the panelboard must use a neutral bar, such as HC2SN or HC6SN, which are isolated from ground, and use it as a an isolated ground bar.
