Can the QO branch circuit breakers be installed in the Homeline load centers OR can Homeline branch circuit breakers be installed in QO load centers?

No. The QO branch circuit breakers can ONLY be used in QO load centers. The Homeline branch circuit breakers can ONLY be used in Homeline load centers. The correct branch circuit breakers MUST be used with the correct load centers.
