Is there a three pole QO breaker available that is labeled for 240/120V, similar to the markings on a two pole QO breaker?

The three pole QO breaker is marked for 240 V, but can also be used on 120 V loads if necessary. However, there is no three pole QO breaker available specifically marked at 240/120 V.
