Are heavy duty safety switches rated for grounded B phase applications?

Resolution:
Yes. Both fusible and non-fusible heavy duty safety switches 30 - 600 A are rated for use with grounded B phase applications. However, the 800 - 1200 A switches are NOT suitable for use with a grounded B phase/corner grounded delta voltage system.
