Are the NEMA combination starters supposed to have a ground strap from the door to the enclosure?

Resolution:
UL508 does not require a grounding strap from door to enclosure.  As such Schneider Electric does not supply a ground strap from the door to the box, but the hinges and hinge pins do provide a grounding connection.
