How can we help you today?

We are attempting to understand the implications of using LF or L1F arc flash NW`s in a selectively coordinated system. If we need to turn the Instantaneous OFF to coordinate, are we disabling the arc flash limiting properties of the NW?

The trip unit settings will have no effect on the arc-flash performance of the LF and L1F Masterpact breakers. You may set the trip unit as necessary for coordination without concern for compromising arc-flash protection. The Inst. override is functional even if the Inst. function is OFF.
