Can a 100% rated H and J frame circuit breaker be installed into a J250 enclosure?

Resolution:
UL testing has been completed and 100% rated H and J frame breakers are now acceptable in the J250 enclosures. When using 100% rated circuit breakers, use only with 90 deg C rated conductors sized per ampacity of 75 deg C conductors.
