For ATV61/71 Ethernet IP (VW3A3316), what is the web page default password?

Issue:
How can I find the default password used to access the ATV61/ATV71 web page when using Ethernet IP Communications?

Resolution:
There are two passwords.

To get into Monitor and Setup Security:
User Name: USER
Password: USER

To get into Administrator:
User Name: ADMIN
Password: ADMIN
*This is Case Sensitive, All CAPS
