Is there a way to lock the door mounted rotary handles for Powerpact H and J frame breakers in the ON position?

Resolution:
As shipped, the rotary handle can be padlocked in OFF position only. If padlocking in the ON position is required, the rotary handle needs to be modified in the field per instruction bulletin 48940-249-01.
