Where can I find Altivar ATV12 and Altivar ATV32 firmware update instructions?

Needs to get the instructions on how to update the firmware on the ATV12 and ATV32 drives.

Resolution:
To update the ATV12 or the ATV32 firmware revision you will need a VW3A8121 Multiloader and a VW3A8122 cable.
