Can a 90degC conductor be used in a QED 2 or QED 6 switchboard?

Resolution:
90degC conductors can be used for 80% and 100% applications but must be sized for 75 °C cable capacity. However, 90 degC wire should be used in 100% applications, but still needs to be sized to 75 °C cable capacity.
