Schneider Electric is pleased to announce the newest member of the PowerLogic Branch Circuit Power Meter (BCPM) series, the BCPM”E” with Ethernet communications.  This version offers the widest range of communications options:  SNMP, BACnet IP and Modbus TCP via Ethernet, and Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP via the RS-485 serial network port.  It is capable of communicating Modbus protocol simultaneously with SNMP or BACnet for integration flexibility without gateways.  An on-board web interface simplifies configuring all communication settings (no DIP switches).

All BCPM versions provide accurate, full featured metering in a high-density format designed for the unique, multi-circuit and minimal space environments of electrical distribution panelboards, switchboards, power distribution units (PDU) and remote power panels (RPP).  They can monitor up to 84 branch circuits and the incoming power mains to provide information on each branch circuit. Full alarming capabilities ensure that potential issues are dealt with before they become problems.
