32595 is for L frame and is a T-handle extension that fits over the existing handle

S432553 is for L frame and is a fixed type handle extension to replace existing handle. It mounts to the handle stub. The stub underneath is .5 inches long, the extension is 1.75 inches long, so the extension adds a total of 1.25 inches.

S29313 is for H and J frame and is a fixed type handle extension to replace existing handle. It mounts to the handle stub.
