How can I perform a competitive cross reference to an Altivar Drive or Altistart Softstart?

Issue:
Customer would like to cross reference a non-Schneider drive or softstart to one of our products (Altivar or Altistart).

Product Line:
All Altivar and Altistart products and accessories


Resolution:
It is best to evaluate the customers application and determine the best Schneider Electric offer to fit the customer's need, rather than trying to match function for function to a competitors device.

In many cases, we may have a better option available for the customer than simply matching the capabilities of the competition.  For this reason, it is best to gather as much information about the application as possible and use this to select the best offer Schneider Electric can provide.
