Why does an ATV312 only show Ref and Sup menus?
The drive menus may be intentionally locked.
Note that the menus are unlocked per factory default. If the menu is locked then someone has set a password in the drive to prevent unauthorized access to the menus. This password is needed to unlock the drive per the following steps:
Go to SUP menu and press enter.
Navigate to parameter COd and press enter.
If COd is set to ON the drive has been locked.
To temporarily unlock the drive you have to change the COd parameter to the password and press ENT.
This will unlock the drive until the power is cycled to the drive.
To permanently unlock the drive you must set the COd parameter to OFF after entering the password.
