What is the height and width of the doors used with HCP and HCRU Nema 1 Panel boxes?

The Double doors for the 4 piece vented trims have different part number suffix's per the Box height. See below heights and associated suffix's
The attached drawing is for the base part number for the doors 80104-961
-01 = 50"
-02 = 59"
-03 = 68"
-04 = 86"
