What would cause the motor to jerk up and down when running an ATV312 drive?

Motor jerking up and down when running an ATV312

Product Line:
Altivar ATV31 and ATV312

Environment:
All

Cause:
Motor is not running smooth its jerking back and forth.

Resolution:
Check the motor nameplate for the correct motor data.  Enter this data into the DRC and SET menu
DRC menu enter
BFr= 60hz
UNS= 230vac or 460vac motor voltage
FRS= 60hz
NCr= 2.4 amps  for whats stamped on the motor name plate
COS= .80
UFT= Change to L

SET menu
ACC= 1 to 10 seconds
DEC= 1 to 10 seconds
LSP=  Choose
HSP= Choose
ITh= 2.4 amps or whats stamped on the motor name plate
URF= 40%.
