The runTarget() function is available for the customer, but the intention of this is to turn off the logic application on power up when they have no need to use logic. It is not intended to be used as a throttle mechanism. This is not how SCADAPack firmware architecture works. Ladder logic will complete full cycles. It may be interrupted by higher priority tasks, but it does not have the ability to signal a higher priority task to take over.
