What is the Main lug deadfront for a 400A NQ panelboard?

Resolution:
The often stated 12" H Deadfront (Really is 11 5/8" H x 20"W), is part number 80122-056-04. The Z bracket to mount the deadfront to the rails is part number  80122-045-01.
