What version UnityPLCUSB driver works with Windows 10?

Issue
PLCUSB driver will not work on Windows 10 without error.

Product line
Unity, M340, M580 and Quantum.

Resolution
As of June 19th, 2023, the latest Unity PLCUSB driver compatible with Windows10 is version 3.18 IE28 14.15 (released June 2020).
