Having issues upgrading the firmware XW6848 to single phase using Config Tool AI?

Issue:
Config tool AI does not recognize and upgrade the firmware

Product Line:
Conext XW+, Conext XW

Environment:
Applications that use the Conext XW+NA model with config tool AI

Solution:
Please make sure the file is in a known location and select the directory where it is located.  The .xf0 file will not appear when searching for it in the upgrade but you need to simply select the folder and it will update.
