What overcurrent protection to use on the SDSA1175 or SDSA1175T surge protection device?

Product Line:
Surge Protection Devices, SPD

Environment:
SDSA

Cause:
Breaker specification to protect equipment

Resolution:
The SDSA1175/SDSA1175T comes with #14 wire.  You can connect it three different ways.
1) You can connect to a existing breaker feeding another load if lug terminals will accommodate multiple conductors.

3)  You can direct bus connect because it is a Type 1 device. Type 1 SPD can be connected with or without an overcurrent protection device.
