Do the J frame circuit breakers come with both wire binding screws (long and short)?

The electronic trip J frame circuit breakers come with the AL250JD lug kit, as well as the alternate longer wire binding screw. The thermal magnetic J frame breakers rated 150 and 175 A come with the AL175JD lug kit and no alternate wire binding screw. The thermal magnetic J frame breakers rated 200, 225, and 250 A come with the AL250JD lug kit and no alternate wire binding screw.
