MiCOM Px4 relays - Dual IP implementation
New MiCOM Px4 relays can have 3 ethernet ports and 2 IP (MAC) interfaces. Depending to the redundancy choice the relation between IP interface and physical ethernet port can be changed.
Attached document is explaining relation between the relay configuration (PRP/HSR or Dual IP) and MAC addressing connection to the physical ports.
It works the same way for hardware with 3 RJ46 and with 1xRJ45 +2xLC.
