What is the actual width of an HCM I line panel Surface mount?

Verifying if the actual width of HCM type I-line is 32 inches or 32.25 inches for Surface mounting if we measure enclosure from end to end.

All of our trim fronts are slightly wider than the enclosure. It's designed to slightly overhang on each side. For the HCM NEMA 1 enclosures, the width dimension is 32.00 + 0.020 - 0.000 on the INSIDE. If we take into account the steel thickness, 0.080 + 0.010 - 0.000, you end up with 32.02 + 0.090 + 0.090 = 32.200" wide by Design. The trim front is designed at 32.240", so only 0.040" overhang, or 0.020" on each side if evenly distributed.
