Are the individual enclosures for INS/INV switches equipped with a locking mechanism?

The heavy-duty metal individual enclosures for Compact INS/INV switches are equipped from the factory with a triangle key lock and key.
The lock can afterwards be changed by the user with one of the types from the attached illustration.
