What is the retainer for a backfed QOB2100VH branch mounted Main, in a NQ panel board?

Is a retainer needed for a back fed QOB Main breaker ?

Resolution:
Due to the breaker already having a "Bolt on" feature , a retainer is not uneccessary. Since securing the breaker to the bussing, via this feature of the breaker, NEC Code for securing backfed Branch as a Main, is satisfied .
