How to convert an 8538SFA21 non-fusible size 4 combo starter to fusible?

Can you add a fuse block on a non-fusible 8538SFA21 size 4 combo starter to convert to fusible?

Resolution:
You cannot add a fuse block on the combo starter. You have to swap out the complete switch as the fuse block is integral of the switch.
