How to change the IP address through ION Setup 3.0 for ION meters?

Cause
Would like to change the IP Address of an ION meter via ION Setup
Resolution
There are two methods to change the Network Settings of an ION meter through ION Setup
Method 1: If changing one parameter (i.e. IP Address), this can be done through the Setup Assistant.
Open ION Setup 3.0 and connect to the ION meter.
In the Setup Assistant, navigate to the Communications folder then Network settings.
Under the TCP/IP tab click on the parameter 'IP Address' then click Edit.
New window will open (enter unit password, default = 0) to Enter IP Address.
Enter new IP Address, then click OK. Device IP address is now changed.
Method 2: If changing multiple parameters (i.e. IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway), this can be done through the Ethernet Communication Module in Advanced Mode
Open ION Setup 3.0 and connect to the ION meter.
In Setup Mode hold "Ctrl" and left-click ION meter.
Navigate to Comm Modules and open Ethernet module.
Navigate to Setup Registers tab and click on the parameter to Edit.
After parameters are Edited, click Send to send the changes to the ION meter.

Notes:
- After clicking ok it will attempt to reconnect Ethernet connection ... this may take a few minutes.
- Make careful note of your method of communication with your device. Making communications changes to the port by which ION Setup is connected to your device may cause ION Setup to lose communication with the device
