The Read Write Lock Diagnostics may become useful when troubleshooting issues related to performace. This feature is disabled by default, but a Schneider Electric representative might ask you to enable it if necessary.

To enable Read Write Lock Diagnostics, please complete the following steps:

• Right click on the ClearSCADA Server Icon located in the System Tray and select Status to launch the Status window
• Expand the database tree in the Status window and navigate to Database -> Read/Write Lock Diagnostics
• Right click on Per-lock type diagnostics disabled and select Enable Read/Write Lock Dianostics

The information from Read Write Lock Diagnostics is avaiable in the Server Snapshot log files.
