The 5J fifth jaw kit is only for use on Square D meter sockets for network metering FROM a 208Y/120Vac system.
The below Square D Meter-Pak and EZM pre-fix catalog numbers can be used with this 5th jaw kit.
Meter Pak Prefix Devices:
- Ring Types - MP
- Ringless Types MPR and MPH
EZM Prefix Devices:
- Ring Type - EZM
- Ringless Type - EZMR and EZMH

The attached video is ONLY to supplement the INSTRUCTIONS that come with the kit. PLEASE make sure to read the instructions and all the below Safety Information that is located in the instructions BEFORE working on any electrical equipment.
A PDF copy of the complete instructions is attached below the video.
Make sure to turn OFF ALL Power supplying the equipment and verify the power is OFF using a properly rated voltage sensing device, BEFORE working on or with electrical equipment.
Once all Safety steps are followed, begin the 5J kit installation by following the instructions.
Make sure to install the 5th jaw kit on the correct Meter-Pak and EZM as shown in the instructions.
