The older versions of the Flow Calculation Library can return errors of "-unknown windows LS version info Dw minor version 2, when OS version DDW version = 6 : error internal" when installing on Windows 10 Operating Systems.
As of 07/16/2022 the latest version is 2.3 and is the one that should be installed.
