Issue:
If two HOMT 1p breakers are side-by-side in a load center, how can the inside handles be connected to convert those 2 circuits to independent trip two pole?

Resolution:
See the video below, which shows how to use a HOMTHT handle tie to convert the inside poles of (2) adjacent 1p HOMT breakers to independent trip two poles.
Note that the handle tie cannot tie together the outside two poles. The outside poles remain as single-pole circuits.
