Can the NQ interior be top or bottom feed?

Can the NQ panelboard interior be installed as top or bottom feed?

Resolution:
The NQ interior can be mounted either top or bottom feed, by rotating the interior.  Any main breaker interior will require that the main breaker itself be repositioned so that the handle points upwards when the breaker is on.
