Troubleshooting: Micrologic 5.0P or 6.0P or H trip unit will not allow adjustment of the settings on the screen

The trip unit settings cannot be adjusted via the menu buttons on the trip unit screen unless the trip unit cover (the cover that goes over th dials) is open.
