Should a ground fault circuit breaker be used on a high resistance ground (or ungrounded) system?

Resolution:
Ground fault circuit breakers are for use on solidly grounded systems only. If the system is high resistance to ground (or an ungrounded system), the amount of ground fault current may not be sufficient to trip a ground fault breaker.
