Resolution:
No,  ALL of the below enclosures do not accept the QO circuit breaker and the enclosures and Q1L type breakers, are ALL obsolete and no longer available.
The below listed enclosures were all designed to accept the Q1L(Lug-Lug) breakers. See below each OLD enclosure catalog number, what breaker that enclosure used and what would be the current replacement for the enclosure and breaker.

QO2100-40RB Series C02 This enclosed circuit breaker used a Q1L240 breaker, which is obsolete and no longer available. Consider replacing with a QO2100BNRB and QO240.
QO2100-40RO Series C02 This enclosed circuit breaker used a Q1L240 breaker, which is obsolete and no longer available. Consider replacing with a QO2100BNRB and QO240.
QO2100-40S Series C02 This enclosed circuit breaker used a Q1L240 breaker, which is obsolete and no longer available. Consider replacing with a QO2100BNS and QO240.
QO2100-40F Series C02 This enclosed circuit breaker used a Q1L240 breaker, which is obsolete and no longer available. Consider replacing with a QO2100BNF and QO240.
QO2100-50S Series C02 This enclosed circuit breaker used a Q1L250 breaker, which is obsolete and no longer available. Consider replacing with a QO2100BNS and QO250.
QO2100-50RB Series C02 This enclosed circuit breaker used a Q1L250 breaker, which is obsolete and no longer available. Consider replacing with a QO2100BNRB and QO250.
QO2100-50RO Series C02 This enclosed circuit breaker used a Q1L250 breaker, which is obsolete and no longer available. Consider replacing with a QO2100BNRB and QO250.
QO2100-70RO Series C02 This enclosed circuit breaker used a Q1L270 breaker, which is obsolete and no longer available. Consider replacing with a QO2100BNRB and QO270.
