Existing cap was damaged and needs to be replaced.  No, the cap is not removable and the entire operator needs to be replaced.

Not available in 277V LED, max is 240 volts.

Potentiometers are not supplied by Schneider Electric. They are customer supplied. Any electronics supply should have these. We only list that the ZB4BD922 is designed for potentiometers with a .25 inch shaft, the ZB4BD912 is designed for pots with a 6 mm shaft.

The difference is that the ZB4BV033S has a Fresnel (Jeweled) lens for better visibility, but both are for use with the Protected LED units.

Potentiometers are customer supplied.
They can be purchased at an electronics supply house. The operators are for potentiometers with a standard shaft length of 44 to 50 mm, and for the ZB4BD912 a shaft diameter of 6mm and for the ZB4BD922 a shaft diameter of 6.35mm.

Another option is to get the complete assembly (Operator + Potentiometer) Please see below for products part numbers.

Use a ZB4BZ2005 , ZB4BZ2105, or a ZBZ160* with cutout sides. Any of these will fit, however the padlocking feature will not work. These guards are made for the trigger action units, which are taller.

We do offer 10 kOhm pots in the 22 mm product line. For a plastic operator use reference: XB5AD912R10K OR for a metallic operator use reference: XB4BD912R10K

See attached for other Ohm resistances.

The ZBE101 and ZBE102 contact blocks can be used on the back of our selector switches, see the tables below to see what configurations can be achieved.

A light module, mounting collar, and pilot light head will be needed to build up a complete pilot light module. Use the online selector tool to get the proper part numbers, you can find it here:https://www.se.com/us/en/work/support/resources-and-tools/calculators-and-online-tools/ez-selectors/

The difference is the number of parts in the packaging. TQ indicate bulk packaging.

There are no illuminated E-stop mushroom heads that would work with BA9s light module. The ZB4BW643 or ZB5AT8643M push/pull and ZB5AW743 turn to release mushroom headpush button can only be used with protected LED light modules. The LED light module is only available from 12Vac/dc up to 240Vac.

The ZB4 series has padlock option.
Seethe attached catalog section with various options in 2 and 3 positions selector switches.

On a trigger action device you cannot depress the button and actuate the contacts without the button latching into the depressed position. Once the operator is depressed a certain amount it will latch into the depressed position and then actuate the contacts.

Installing, operating and maintenance

No, this accessory is not forward compatible with the ZB4/ZB5 line of operators.Additionally, with the ZB4BH and ZB5AH push buttons the push-on / push-off mechanism was included in the operator. The same functionality is obtained.

This is a general wiring diagram for the BMXXBC280K, BMXXBC180K, BMXXBC120K, BMXXBC050K, BMXXBC030K, BMXXBC015K, BMXXBC008K.

When two push buttons are interlocked, only one button can be pushed at a time. We have interlock mechanism available on the Class 9001 pushbuttons. The interlock mechanism is not available on the XB4/XB5 units.

No. The mounting styles are incompatible. The ZB2BE contact blocks are screw mounted to mounting collar and the ZB4 contact blocks clip on the mounting collar with spring loaded clip.

It is unclear which contact blocks are used in 22mm control stations

The ZENL contact blocks are used in these control stations. These blocks mount directly to the control station itself and do notuse a mounting collar. A normally open contact block is ZENL1111, and a normally closed contact block is ZENL1121.These contact blocks are rated 10 amps max,AC-15 A600 and DC-15 R300.

Yes, remote V2 with firmware version 02-01-05-00 can be upgraded. See the attached instructions for details.

As of August 2017 our latest FW version for ZBRN1 is Ver1.5. Customer can do the update by themselves. you can get the FW update method and the new FW image file from attachment.

Product documentation and software
DC supply: Utilization category DC-13
Standard single or double blocks with screw clamp terminals:
Q600: Ue = 600 Vdc and le = 0.1 A or Ue = 250 Vdc and Ie = 0.27 A
or Ue = 125 Vdc and le = 0.55 A
Continuous Thermal Current = 2.5 A

The ZBZ58 is a Yellow bellows seal for a 22MM mushroom operator. It is similar to a boot function and prevents dust and other particles from enteringthe switch between the button operator shaft and the cylinder the shaft slides into.

The XB4 requires only 1 screw to tighten on the mounting collar verses 2 on the XB2. This allows easier installation. The XB4 push buttons can accept 3 contact blocks side-by-side-by-side for a total of nine contacts on non-illuminated devices. Using the XB4 Protected LED light modules and contacts on each side will allow shallower depth than the XB2 on illuminated devices.
