'Window\Tile Horizontally' menu selection does not work on the extended monitor.

If you have 3 additional displays configured as extended monitors, the 'Window\Tile Horizontally' menu selection does not work on the extended monitor.  This occurs when a Control Expert session is running on the extended monitors.

This issue has been fixed in Control Expert 15.   To resolve the issue, you need to upgrade to Control Expert 15 as a minimum.
