PSO 2020 R2 - Micrologic Compact NSX communication failure

By default driver assumes BSCM (Breaker Status Control Module) is present in all NSX Breakers. It sends requests to BSCM registers (keep polling data address of 602 with length 50), which are returning exception (illegal data address) response, whenever the BSCM module is not present.

When Compact NSX device does not have BSCM (Breaker Status Control Module) use the following INI setting:

[MicrologicV.c1.myCompactNSXdev] DisableBscmAlarms = 1

This can be used at unit level as well as at driver level affecting all the devices on this protocol.
