Control Expert will not launch on Microsoft Surface or Apple Macbook Pro

To run Control Expert in Windows 10 on ARM  see below.

1. Right click the desktop icon
2. Click Properties
3. Click the Compatibility tab
4. Click the Change emulation settings
5. Change the emulation setting from default to Safe Emulation
6. Press the OK button
7. Press the Apply Button

This will work for someone who uses a Microsoft Surface or an Apple Macbook Pro with the M1 chip and a Parallels Virtual Machine.
